A well you would have to know C++ and change the code of your OS left and right but if your looking to DOWNLOAD something like that do a google search for " Windows XP Desktop Clock" it should give you something

Hi, I would like to setup an international clock on my desktop PC at work. As I do not have any admin rights, I can’t do any kinds of installation or change the clock at the tray. I would like to know if there are any executable clock out there or something similar to that. The O.S is XP. Please help.

A I have the same problem at my workplace. Im afraid to say the answer is no. If they dont allow you to download anything, you cant do it.

A Not watches, but some clocks beat 120 times per minute. Such a clock will have a pendulum about half a meter, or about 18 inches, in length (measured from the top of its suspension). Both new and "antique" mechanical clocks are widely available. Most will have a beat other than what you want, so be prepared to search for a long time before you find the right one. I have a collection of about 65 mechanical pocket watches, most of which tick 5 times per second. If that perks up your interest, you should look into acquiring a good old American-made pocket watch. Many are available from numerous sources (but avoid ebay -- too many problems!). Cost: free to $thousands, depending on details. There is this clock at my middle school that I currently go to and it is connected to the wall but sticks out from it and the face of the clock is facing the way that you are coming down the hallway.

- Why does my company have new digital wall clocks?
I noticed lately at my job I work at, the wall round clocks with hands were taken down and now there is digital clocks up on the wall instead. Are digital clocks more technology and are the round hand wall clocks obsolete? I guess everyone uses digital clocks now to tell time? Is this true? Why are some companies taking down old clocks on the wall and putting digital clocks on the wall?

- Why does the separator on digital clocks blink?
As far back as I can remember - All digital clocks have a colon separator that in most cases blinks! Why?

A It is basically to help it from 'burning in' on the screen (which makes it dimmer and dimmer over time). It usually blinks every second or two on some clocks/ovens. You will notice over time that cartain digits on a clock will get dimmer after time, especially the parts of a number that show the most..I have a digital clock on an older VCR where the colon does NOT blink...and I can barely see it....

- What is the value of a Baldwin Westminster Chimes mantle clock?
I have a wooden mantle clock. The Owners manual that was with the clock says Clocks by Baldwin on it and shows a model number of M110. The clock says Germany in small letters on the face of the clock and says Made in West Germany on the gears inside of the clock. I have looked around online and have found one or two pictures of the same clock but no information anywhere about the year it could have been made of the value of the clock. The one I have is in very good condition, runs great and the chimes are perfect.

A Keep checking on Ebay, especially if one sells. Otherwise check with a clock shop or clock repair shop.

A Unfortunately, Y!A doesn't have a category for antiques (yet, possibly later on) so a lot of questions about antiques end up here in the visual arts category. Most go unanswered. Sorry. My advice is photograph your clock & take it into galleries & antique shops, many will have appraisers that can help you, or at least be able to direct you to one. This is the best way on getting an accurate estimation of your clock. You can also check eBay, run a search for you type of clock & you may come across others that are selling it, its a poor mans way of getting an idea about the clock you have.

Please someone help! I've always called them sailor clocks but I don't know what they are truly called. They sort of look like they're grandfather clock style but there's usually on a foot and a half to two feet tall and they hang on the wall.

A they are called, Wall Mounted Weather Station with Thermometer, Hygrometer, and Barometer If you wan't all those extra details with It. including hygrometer. and Brometer. They range around 39$-$100"over" Depends on the detail and wood you want. My uncle used to have one, Hope this helps.

- how do I reset my automic clock/thermometer to the correct time zone?
I have an Oregon scientific indoor/outdoor thermometer clock that shows the wrong time zone. 2 hours too early. Would like to be able to set it to show Central Standard. The manual says just reset it manually, but when I do that, after about an hour or so it resets back to 2 hours too early. already tried that, didnt work. I have the manual, it just doesnt deal with time zones.

A Try this and see if it works. 1. Press and hold CLOCK for 2 seconds. 2. Press ▲ or ▼ to change the settings. 3. Press CLOCK to confirm. 4. The setting order is: time zone offset, 12/24-hr format, hour, minute, year, day / month format, month, day and language. Number 4 is what you need to pay attention to. A You need to go to the Black forest region to buy an original Cuckoo clock only the ones made there are legally entitled to be called original. But I guess in any big store which is selling watches and clocks they could at least order you one.

A A disturbance in sub space time causing mutual attraction. Very rare.

I have the old ipod, not the new one. is it able to "work" on ihome clocks or any clocks that have any alarm with your ipod music? im asking dis cuz usually i only see ipod nanos attached to the clocks.

A Shuffles?. not really, I have seen a dock that you can use to make it work. I think it's somewhere in the cables & docks section of Apple's online store

A No they only dock the iPod. If you try to dock the Zune it will mess it up.
