Do they make analog clocks or wristwatches or pocketwatches that tick twice per second? that would make 120 total clicks in a minute? If so I want one
A Not watches, but some clocks beat 120 times per minute. Such a clock will have a pendulum about half a meter, or about 18 inches, in length (measured from the top of its suspension). Both new and "antique" mechanical clocks are widely available. Most will have a beat other than what you want, so be prepared to search for a long time before you find the right one. I have a collection of about 65 mechanical pocket watches, most of which tick 5 times per second. If that perks up your interest, you should look into acquiring a good old American-made pocket watch. Many are available from numerous sources (but avoid ebay -- too many problems!). Cost: free to $thousands, depending on details. Many of my watches were purchased from Ashland Investments (eashland.net) and Lance Thomas (watchcompany.com). Other dealers and sellers can be found advertised in "The Complete Price Guide To Watches" (an annual publication; the current issue is # 31) and the NAWCC Mart (available to members of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors).
